Include the following details in your description: A set of goals for the project, the overall objectives for the project, a project plan that describes the activities the members will undertake. The project description should include the location of the project, the length of the project, etc.
Please note that we generally fund projects that are $25,000 or less
Please provide an overview of all additional funding (i.e. name of sources, amount secured, contact information, etc.). In addition, upload all supporting documentation to a google folder and enter the link below (i.e. proof of funding or Letter of Confidence from additional project funders). All additional funding will need to be verified by OPEN before grants are awarded.
501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4): Please provide a copy of your organization’s IRS tax-exempt determination letter. If your tax-exempt status is pending or if you are applying under a fiscal sponsor, attach a copy of your fiscal sponsor’s most recent IRS determination letter along with a signed Memorandum of Understanding that establishes fiscal sponsorship.
Work samples can be links to online photos, videos, music, articles, written material, etc. (e.g. if you are submitting a Visual Arts Project please submit visual arts work samples).
Please make sure essays are well written, grammatically correct and spell checked. Each essay must be a minimum of 1,500 words (approximately 3 pages).
